Conor Dore's ILIE NASTASE has plenty of weight to carry but the six-year-old comes into this in good form having won twice during the winter at Kempton and Wolverhampton and he can give weight away to his rivals and win again with the main threats rated as Corran Ard and Hurakan. The David Evans-trained gelding has won his last two starts in Kempton claimers and he has every chance of completing a hat-trick but is likely to find this tougher at the weights than those races and he may have to settle for minor honours. Stan Moore's Hold The Bucks won well when landing a seller here last month but he disappointed at Wolverhampton last time and may now be best watched, while Farncombe has struggled since winning a claimer over course and distance in November and faces no easy task at the weights. Dichoh has shown improved form of late but has a bit to find with the selection on running at Kempton in January and of more interest may be Tim Vaughan's Corran Ard, who is better than he showed in a Southwell claimer last month. Ilie Nastase has the best recent form of the nine runners though and he should be hard to beat.
