        Verdict

        SWING EASY has finished runner-up at Kempton and Yarmouth and looks to have solid claims on that form. He has to be forgiven a poor effort at Goodwood last time but soft ground was a legitimate excuse so Robert Mills' colt gets the nod. Town Mouse took a step forward when fifth over C&D last time but the newcomers look a bigger threat. Aficionado will be better over middle-distances in time but Sam Spade is related to a winning sprinter and Spirit Man is the first foal of a winner on the all-weather.
