Verdict

Willie Mullins has won this twice in the past four years and Local Celebrity, a bumper and hurdles winner, will attract support despite a poor reappearance at Navan where he looked badly in need of the run. JIM WILL FIX IT has had two runs over fences and ran exceptionally well on both occasions, finishing a close second to a couple of smart performers. He went off the boil later but he has the best form of these over fences and hopefully will be ready after a break. He gets the vote as though Pineau De Re is a classy hurdler he's making his debut over fences a bit late in life though his trainer is adept at bringing one back after a break. Thegondolier is ony four and ran well on his only start over fences while Urhavinalaugh arrives in good form having won over timber at Sligo in August.
