        Verdict

        Amanda Perrett seems to have found a good opportunity for Ruby Wedding. Running green on his first run of the season, he finished just ahead of Dark Flower over today's course and distance and is two pounds better off with probably more scope for improvement. Fortune Island ran well when second to Imtihan at Ripon but the polytrack does not always suit offspring of Turtle Island. Ressource is a French import, System looks the weaker of Barry Hills' two runners (he is also responsible for Dark Flower), while Ruwaya, second in each of her last two runs, is fully entitled to run well.
