      Verdict

      NAUTICAL HAVEN returned to action with a second at Chelmsford. An apprentice’s allowance helps his cause today and Kevin Ryan’s charge is preferred to the in-form Envisaging. The latter went close again last time but is penalised 7lb for an earlier win at Newcastle while Volatile has every chance at the weights having his first start for new connections. Karijini finished a long way in front of Dirayah when winning a maiden at Chelmsford though has plenty to find on these terms.
