Verdict
KING OF TIME beat a previous winner with the minimum of fuss over track and trip on last month’s debut. The Godolphin colt can defy a penalty on that evidence and is preferred to another winner in Aldhaja. The latter scored over 7f at Southwell but this longer trip should suit while Hul Ah Bah Loo also steps up in distance having disappointed at Chelmsford back in November. Rey Arturo is a likely improver while Apache Grey can count a Group 2 winner among his relatives and is a newcomer to note.
