        Verdict

        Newyorkstateofmind bounced right back to form with a clear-cut Bath success recently and makes plenty of appeal off the bottom rung at a venue where he usually runs well. Total Commitment didn't run at all badly in the Buckingham Palace at the Royal meeting and is also likely to appreciate the return to sprinting, whilst the latest Doncaster run of Treacherous suggested that he's ready to strike sooner or later. It's a tight race but RAAEB will find this far easier than his latest run in the Wokingham Stakes and this lightly-race sort should be a leading player here off a mark of 97. Interestingly, the first-time visor applied for that latest effort is now dispensed with.
