        Verdict

        Few make much appeal in a weak contest but GOOSE ROCK won over track and trip recently and can effectively race off a lower mark with an apprentice’s allowance taken into account. Native Melody is making steady progress without yet looking like winning while Angel De Luz can be excused a poor effort on heavy going last time and could be thereabouts at the finish.
