Verdict
Peter Grayson has a strong hand here, with Lady Hopeful getting the nod over stablemates Primarily and New Options. The John Balding-trained Dysonic may be the best of the rest, but he has a bit to prove at the weights and, as his previous form was nothing special, he faces a stiff test in trying to follow up last week's success at Kempton. New Options has been kept busy of late and should again run his race. He is a consistent type and will surely help to set a good tempo at least. Primarily has an incredible habit of making the frame, as 16 of his previous 29 efforts have yielded a return. However, he is not one to rely upon to force his head in front when it matters and is a risky option - even in a small field like this. Therefore, we turn to Lady Hopeful as the main hope on this occasion, as she has a willingness to battle and has very little to find to gain compensation for her near miss at Wolverhampton last week.
