Verdict
Sir Henry Cecil has a strong hand in this represented by dual winner Midsummer Sun and maiden winner Royal Peculiar. Jockey bookings point to the latter and an entry in next month's Yorkshire Cup suggest he's improved during the close season. He could prove tough to beat but BUTHELEZI may be up to it as he won at Newmarket on last season's comeback and he too is heading for York's Cup race next month. The highly progressive Twin Soul ended last season on a 32lb higher mark than when he began and all three of his wins came on the Polytrack while Ithoughtitwasover went close in this grade at Ascot in September with stablemate The Bells O Peover behind and he could make the frame. The remainder look to have a bit to find.
