In depth
Verdict
Great Glen is the most experienced of these maidens and will be popular, but he’s been off for a year and with some top class stables represented here, he could be vulnerable to a less exposed sort. Mahfooz has impeccable connections, but ran keenly at Bath last time, so it could be worth siding with MEDICEAN QUEEN. She has clearly had her problems but the form of her second at this course in February has worked out pretty well and she is proven at the trip.
