Verdict
Notarised was well beaten on his only previous start over 2m though that came in last year's Northumberland Plate and this is easier. ARCH VILLAIN scored over 1m4f here last month on his first start since 2014. Given he won a similar event to this over track and trip in the same year, Amanda Perrett's charge should go close again. Castilo Del Diablo finished behind the selection last time while John Reel was well beaten by Notarised at Haydock last summer. Luv U Whatever was below par at Wolverhampton last week, Monaleen is unproven over 2m and the in-form Frosty Berry has a tough task on these terms.
