Verdict
ENDEAVOUR posted a better effort on his first start since November when third over the minimum trip at Kempton. Any further progress should see him go close and he has a bit to spare on today’s terns with Heavenly Cry. But Mercers looks a bigger threat on her recent second over course and distance while Midnightly is a half-sister to several smart sprinters among seven winning relatives and is preferred to fellow newcomer Miss Mirabeau.
