        Verdict

        A very ordinary auction maiden and probably a good opportunity for TEMERAIRE, placed three times in France, to make a winning start for Hugo Palmer. Port Isaac would have every chance on his three-year-old form but has only run once this year and that was in May. Irish Sky has been off since only third in a seller at Leicester in April but Trotter has gone close on a few occasions and there was probably a little improvement last time at Kempton in blinkers.
