Verdict
Brazilian Terrace gets our vote here ahead of Ballinger Ridge and Greenwood. Running through the field. Greenwood has a chance on the best of his form but is not the most consistent of creatures. That said, his last two races have been over seven furlongs, and with those sighters under his belt really ought to be competitive here. Climate is a course and distance winner but might be better over longer these days. Harry Potter has won in Germany but has so far shown very little in Britain. Much has been written about Ballinger Ridge of late but he managed to get his nose in front over 10 furlongs here last time. Arguably, he is better over this trip and has every right to run a good race here. Brazilian Terrace made an eye-catching return over course and distance last time and, with that run under his belt, is another to seriously consider. Darryll Holland is an interesting booking for The Gaikwar although the horse has to improve to play a leading part in this race. Blonde En Blonde is well weighted with Acorazado based on their course runs over seven furlongs in January and, even though she is not entirely consistent, is entitled to have her supporters and Karaethena, although lightly raced and having indicated some promise, does not really catch out eye for this race. Overall, then, Brazilian Terrace gets the nomination.
