        Verdict

        Cyclone Connie sets the standard , but she may not be one to take a short price about, while War Valor is another to have had plenty of chances. He looked to be outbattled in his latest effort and is another to have reservations about. Musical Sleuth is open to a little improvement, but he may do better when he goes handicapping, so a chance is taken with Summer Recluse, who was just behind War Valor when making his debut at Newmarket. He was very green to post that day and is expected to show plenty of improvement.
