Verdict
With none of the older horses having shown much in the way of ability, this looks set to be fought out by the younger generation, and Jeremy Noseda looks to have found the ideal opening for Requite, who shaped with plenty of promise on his debut over course and distance last month. That looked quite a hot maiden for the time of year, with Newmarket trained horses filling the first three places. He can be expected to have improved for the experience and should make no mistake in this. He may have most to fear from the filly Dance In The Sun, who has also shown enough to suggest she can pay her way. This half-sister to five winners looks one to follow whatever her fate today. Bowsprit, who is from the same family as the high-class Sonic Lady, is one to keep an eye on if the market speaks in his favour.
