Verdict

The four-year-old Forecast broke a blood vessel on his hurdling debut in May but ran out a convincing winner, despite a narrow margin, on his reappearance at Hereford three weeks ago, though that was on good ground. PRIME VENTURE made a successful bumper debut on heavy going at Ffos Las in December and though outclassed in a much better race at Newbury bounced back with a comfortable success on his hurdling debut at Sedgefield a fortnight ago and can complete a quick double. Daklondike won a point-to-point in Ireland on soft going and has found the ground too quick in his two bumper starts so he's expected to do better and though Sissinghurst was only fourth of five at Sandown earlier this month he gave notice of more to come.
