Verdict

AXEL JACKLIN has a bit to find with several of these on today’s terms. But he arrives in the best form having finished runner-up over track and trip last week. The more favourably weighted horses will need to step up on their recent efforts including Arcadian Rocks, well beaten at Kempton on a recent reappearance, while Grandstand has shown little progress in handicaps despite a slide down the weights. Pleasant Gesture competed in France for most of last year without winning and Morro Castle looks nothing out of the ordinary debuting at this level.
