        Verdict

        Few make any appeal on recent form though Tulane went close at Wolverhampton on a couple of occasions at the turn of the year and has his first start since January. KIRTLING should have come on for a recent reappearance when finishing a decent fourth over today’s trip at Yarmouth and can race off a 2lb lower mark today with an apprentice’s allowance also in his favour. Nearly Famous hasn’t won on the Flat for sometime now but finished a bit closer at Chepstow last time while King Athelstan is another expected to improve for a recent outing and Tiar Na Nog is well treated on last year’s winning form.
