Verdict

Arbeel has a chance at his best but a somewhat mixed form profile makes him hard to assess whereas JONTLEMAN is a real improver of late since landing a modest seller at this venue in mid-June. A close second in a competitive little Class 4 heat on Monday evening at Windsor, he should be bang in contention here. Bright Glow has twice failed off higher marks since scoring at Kempton off a mark of 64 but didn't run at all badly off a mark of 70 last time and the Lanigan team do exceptionally well with 3-y-o handicappers. North Pole, yet to fulfil expectations for the Prescott team, is not badly treated and the underrated Rosie Jessop claims an additional 5lb.
