Atticus Trophy, Elusive Warrior and Acheekyone look the three against the field in this maiden with the vote going to the last named. Acheekyone has been knocking on the door on each of his three runs and not been beaten far either. His latest effort when second of thirteen to Best Alibi was an eye catching run and if repeating that same level of form he has to go very close. Atticus Trophy improved from his debut run at Catterick to finish third at big odds in a Windsor maiden to suggest that he has the ability to win in this company so any market support should be noted. Elusive Warrior warrants respect coming from a powerful stable and comes back down in grade after being outclassed in a race at Newmaket last time out.
