Verdict

QUSHCHI has got her act together in the second half of the season and won a handicap at Newmarket in fine style last month when beating Quiz Mistress and Twin Soul. There should be more to come and the only one with a higher rating in this contest is Cill Rialaig. Hughie Morrison's mare has claims at this level, though she doesn't win often enough to be a confident choice and Highest makes more appeal on her return from a lay-off having gone close in Listed company back in May. Western Pearl is better than her latest run at the Curragh would suggest, while Bolivia is interesting on only her second start for Lucy Wadham as she's been placed in pattern races in Germany.
