Kokila has already shown enough to be effective at this level and is expected to relish this step up in trip more than Chookie Windsor and Aboyne, while Franky 'N' Jonny is another that can be shortlisted as dangerous to rule out on the best of his form. The last named wasn't beaten far in a handicap over course and distance earlier in the month and will be a big threat if he is in the same frame of mind. He is unexposed at the trip and rates as a fair option for each-way punters to consider. Aboyne was a cheap purchase considering the winners in his pedigree on his dam's side. He made an immediate impact when winning over five furlongs on his debut last March. However, things reached a plateau pretty quickly after that and, as already has a bit to find with the selection judging by their encounter at Wolverhampton, he needs luck on his side today. Chookie Windsor, whose flashes of ability persuaded Malcolm Saunders to claim him for ¿5,000 just over a week ago, also has a bit more improvement to find and looks vulnerable over this trip. Especially if Kokila shows the anticipated progress now that he tackles what is expected to be a more appropriate trip for him.
