Verdict
Marachi Band can give weight and a beating to these rivals, Lady Zanzara and She Whispers are also expected to run well. Marachi Band had blinkers fitted for the first time when making her handicap debut. She looked the most likely winner at the top of the straight when hitting the front still seemingly going quite well, but did not find as much as had looked likely. The furlong less today should be ideal and she looks the most likely winner. Lady Zanzara is the dark horse in the race having just raced over five furlongs in her career to date. She is bred to get this distance and could manage a place. Seller winner She Whispers looks on a decent mark on her return to handicapping and could go well at decent odds. Miss Champagne could prove best of the remainder, but Marachi Band is has to be the choice on this occasion.
