        Verdict

        A very weak seller and only a minimum stakes play is recommended with Josear, who edges Sonntag Blue and Trackattack for a tentative vote. The last named has claims at this level but does need to conclusively prove he gets a mile and a half. The surface is less of a problem for him and her is one to bear in mind for each-way punters. Sonntag Blue looks worth a try at this trip after lacking the speed for a mile. He comes here unexposed at the distance and is worth monitoring. However, Josear looks the most reliable of this bad bunch and is expected to be the one to beat. The Stuart Williams-trained gelding has gone close to adding to his haul on several occasions - most notably when chasing home the 60-rated Garhoud at Pontefract last month. A repeat of that effort would easily be good enough to see off this lot and Josear if he turns up in the right frame of mind tonight.
