        Verdict

        KING SUPREME is on a very tempting mark and is preferred to Basra. Richard Hannon's gelding is rated 67, come 5lbs lower than when winning here last November. Ryan Moore takes over in the saddle for the first time since last October and a bold bid is expected. Kiss A Prince has a good course record but his runs have come over shorter, so a bigger threat may be the very well-handicapped Basra or the similarly well-treated Kidlat. Others who have been given a chance by the grader include Lord Theo, Negotiation and the three-year-old Lingfield Bound.
