Verdict
Another tough race to call here for punters but the principals look to be Compton Banker, Haripur and Camp Commander and the selection is Compton Banker. The six year old won well last time out when defeating Jayanjay and although he has risen in the weights he looked ahead of the handicapper and he is taken to win again. Haripur rates the main danger he has been in the form of his life of late and won well last time out when defeating The Best Yet. However this looks more competitive and for that reason he is opposed. Lygeton Lad is also worthy of respect as he loves this track but he is best when there is a fast pace and he is not guaranteed that here. Camp Commander is thrown in on his best form and he shaped as if returning to form when third behind Lygeton Lad. However he is better off with that rival here. Of the remainder Hand Chime would have a chance at his best but has looked a shadow of his former self of late so we will stick with Compton Banker.
