      Verdict

      Finnegan's Garden won at Plumpton before his saddle slipped at Chepstow but will have to carry 10lb more than his allotted weight, less Tommy Dowling’s claim. Mr Fitzroy had just been headed when falling at Taunton but Tara Bridge made a promising return to action over hurdles at Plumpton and won over fences at Stratford last year. Weyburn won at Southwell last month but was soon left behind off this mark at Catterick next time. MR MUDDLE handles heavy going and his ability to stay further could be an asset today. He is back in the right grade so gets the nod.
