      Verdict

      Puteri Nur Laila went close over C&D in June and Silverrica occupied the same position over track and trip on her penultimate start. She can be excused her latest modest effort in soft ground and can figure but Tregereth and Tristessa need to find a bit more dropping back in distance. However, MELBOURNE MEMORIES finished a promising third on her debut at Sandown and Clive Cox' filly gets the vote to open her account with that experience under her belt.
