        Verdict

        Sunset Point showed no improvement for the step up to today’s trip but Spring Fever may do better today representing last year’s winning yard. MEXICALI ROSE debuted at Newmarket last month and was beaten only a length in third. She should go close over this extra furlong and is preferred to Star Child. Choisya is related to a host of winners while Mistral Star is a half-sister to a Group 2 and Listed winners including former stablemate Telecaster.
