In depth

Verdict

Trans Wood has gradually been getting the hang of the job and was having his first start over this trip when runner-up at Wexford so has to go on the short-list. Grey Atlantic Way looked as though this trip was certain to suit after staying on strongly over the minimum on the latter track but providing URBANIST handles this quicker going he looks the one to beat. Shane Nolan's charge ran really well for fourth behind the in-form Lord Erskine at Tipperary and can double his winning tally. Ted Bach was in good form over timber last summer and is fit from the Flat while Folly Dat looked like winning when making most at Downpatrick but just couldn't find extra from the last over that extended 2m5f, suggesting this will be her trip.
