Verdict

RONAVA hasn't had a lot of racing over the past couple of years and reverted to hurdles at Ballinrobe a week ago to gain an impressive victory. He's back over fences on a 23lb lower mark and a quick double looks on the cards. Hurricane Ben has to be a danger despite a big weight as he won a much better race than this at Fairyhouse in April before an excellent run at the Punchestown Festival. Polidam also ran at that fixture, his first start for Willie Mullins after transferring from France where he won five times. He didn't show much but will have come on for the run and must be respected. Killiney Court completed a double in novice company in October and didn't reappear until Cheltenham in March where he was in the process of running a big race in a Listed handicap before falling. He'd earlier narrowly beaten King's Wharf at Tipperary and there's very little between that pair here.
