In depth

Verdict

Admiral D did nothing wrong on testing ground at Fairyhouse last week and didn’t quite get the run of the race. Arges improved from his debut when staying on over 5f at Navan on Sunday but Threebagsfull will need to improve on what he’s shown so far. Marm looks best of Noel Meade’s pair with Colin Keane booked while Snapius showed good pace for a long way at the Curragh, though the stable also run the very speedily-bred Mount Fairweather. CORVIGLIA is a full sister to a Grade 3 winner in the USA and a half-sister to another so gets the nod to make a successful debut.
