Verdict

Another hugely competitive handicap with several arriving in winning form. Lessofdnegativity was well supported for a Kilbeggan handicap last week and obliged in impressive fashion. A 5lb penalty shouldn't prevent a big run though Darragh O'Keeffe, who rode him, is on board GOODNIGHTNGODBLESS, who he rode to victory at Roscommon and on her next two starts and looks well enough handicapped to go in again. Pump Road has already won three times this year and may not have finished yet judging by a comfortable victory at Sligo while Bothar Dubh, who has had jumping problems over fences, has won three of his last four over timber. Sky Marshal is smart but has a lot of weight for his handicap debut and Stacks Mountain didn't run very well at Killarney.
