Verdict

A TOI PHIL makes a quick reappearance after running in the Kerry National here on Wednesday. He generally competes at a higher level and Gordon Elliott must believe he is over those exertions. Last Goodbye hasn't made the expected progress after his Grade A handicap victory at Leopardstown in February last year and though Lucky Pat is consistent enough it's a long time since he won. It's even longer since Monbeg River won but he wouldn't be travelling from the UK unless thought capable of a big run but The West's Awake has been running poorly and was beaten a long way at Ballinrobe last month.
