Seven of these arrive in winning form including the improving Shannon Gray, who just gets into the race having been raised 6lb for scoring over the trip at Killarney. At the opposite end of the handicap, Robyndeglory is up the same amount after her narrow victory over 3m at Wexford and her stamina should come into play in this competitive event. Wicklow Flyer has changed hands since landing a Bellewstown claimer and this looks tougher while Highland Penny was impressive in a Tramore maiden but has been raised 7lb. This is a tough ask for a four-year-old but Royal Eagle landed a novices' hurdle at Galway and completed a double on the Flat at Tramore. Sean Says had a bit in hand at Wexford as did KILLOUGHTEEN in a 3m maiden on the same track and it's the latter who gets the nod under her owner/rider on her handicap debut.
