      Verdict

      Princess Yaiza travels over from Ireland but Gavin Cromwell’s filly has come up short in Listed company on several occasions and PALOMBE looks to have the stronger form. A Listed winner here in May, she finished second to stablemate and subsequent Group 1 winner Kitesurf in a Group 2 race at Deauville on her latest start and can also get the better of Shahnaza. The latter is another Listed winner and was placed in a Group 3 event here a fortnight ago while the progressive Maroubra has been winning in lesser company and Hermaphrodite finished in front of a below par Fuse when runner-up at Deauville in August.
