In depth
Verdict
Successful over subsequent Great Yorkshire Chase winner Barryscourt Lad at Cheltenham in May, Bright Approach has since been successful in point-to-point company and here at Ludlow and, although suffering a reversal on a return to Cheltenham last month, that was when second to Kingscliff in the Christie's Foxhunter Chase. A reproduction of that effort should suffice in this company. Seabrook Lad has been running creditably in point-to-point company and has to be respected along with the consistent Mr Dow Jones. Last time out point-to-point winners Bold Statement, Carbonado and Itsmyturnnow are others worthy of a mention but we are happy to stick with the selection, who should have too much class for his rivals.
