Verdict
There wasn’t much encouragement in Illico Des Places’ first run in this country at Kempton where he finished tailed off alongside Dragon's Fire and Fight For It with Kolisi pulled up. Angels Landing was also pulled up last time but that was in Listed company and she did place here on debut. Imperial Sun did win on the all-weather when trained by the Gosdens but the experience of DR T J ECKLEBURG, second at Wetherby and built to jump hurdles, should be the telling factor.
