In depth

Verdict

Lygon Rock was only headed on the run-in in a better race than this at Warwick but has been raised 3lb and a strike-rate of 1-18 is a bit off-putting. Moon Of Baroda is 1-19 in career starts but is making his handicap debut over timber. Whatthebutlersaw is a past course and distance winner but the years appear to have caught up with Dominic Ffrench Davis’ veteran. Tight Call won at Southwell in August and is preferred to stable companion Canton Prince and Bhutan but we’ll take a chance on the fitness of DON’T SHOUT (NAP), who has been lightly raced and has his ground for the first time since an easy win at Hereford just over a year ago.
