In depth

Verdict

Foxtail Hill is likely to leave behind a modest first effort at Doncaster, where he was sent off favourite. Henilan Harri won at Perth last summer and was far from disgraced on his reappearance at Chepstow while Onenightinvienna was third on his debut under Rules at Uttoxeter and capable of better. PRIMO MILANO has a cracking pedigree being by Milan out of a mare that won four times over hurdles as well as two chases and a bumper. Evan Williams has a good strike rate here with his bumper horses and his five-year-old will be ready for this. Fellow newcomer Chain Of Beacons and the returning Buckhorn Timothy may be best of the rest.
