In depth

Verdict

Magic Dancer is consistent but has been beaten six times since making a belated winning debut over fences in October. Yccs Portocervo had a pipe-opener at Leicester last month and has his ground but it's about time KAKAMORA was getting his head in front over the larger obstacles and a further 2lb drop in the ratings can help him achieve that. Coral is having a first run since pulling up at Worcester in October but Red Happy is thriving and will probably make a bold bid to complete the four-timer, despite a penalty.
