Verdict
A large field goes to post for this contest and many would have chances on their best form but the principals look to be Magical Liaison, Gan Eagla Roschal and Shady Grey and the narrow vote is given to Magical Liaison. The selection won well last time out when beating Swansea Bay and although he has a penalty for that win he won with a little in hand and could still be ahead of the handicapper. Gan Eagla rates the main danger on his best form but he was very disappointing for no apparent reason last time so can not be put forward with any confidence. Roschal has been in fair form of late over fences but he looks handicapped to his best on his return to hurdles and may be vunerable to a less exposed type. Of the remainder Shady Grey and Mistified have dropped to handy marks and are worth noting in the market but for the winner we return to Magical Liaison.
