In depth

Verdict

GINISTRELLI (NAP) underwent wind surgery after being well beaten on the Flat back in September and returned to action with a convincing victory back over hurdles at Doncaster. He has enough scope to defy a 9lb rise and can confirm latest running with Hydroplane. The latter returned a disappointing favourite having earlier won an all-weather bumper but Hijran ended a long losing run when landing a mares’ only contest at Hereford. Robinshill failed in his bid for a four-timer but today’s faster going will suit and Takeit Easy will be sharper for a recent placed outing at Newbury.
