Verdict
A P McCoy was on board when Ebony Empress landed a mares' novices' event at Newton Abbot last summer but not when she ran poorly in a handicap at Fontwell in September. That wasn't her form and she can do much better. It's over a year since Iron Butterfly won a Doncaster handicap but she's still 4lb higher despite moderate subsequent form. FORGIVIENNE hasn't had much racing and has been inconsistent to date though she's had genuine excuses. She was having her first start for almost a year when third at Fontwell on Boxing Day and holds Annaluna on that form so can take this for Evan Williams. Rose Of The World landed a novice hurdle at Uttoxeter and had little chance in a Listed contest at Taunton though she's never raced beyond 2m1f.
