In depth

Verdict

Consigliere gets the vote in this beginners chase with Chaninbar and Climate Change rating the main dangers. The selection was a fair fourth behind Rimsky last time out, that form looks rock solid and with the drop in trip also looking to be in his favour he looks the one to be on. Chaninbar rates the main danger on his latest second behind Gardasee this slightly quicker ground will suit and he will not be far away. Climate Change was a fair sort over hurdles but has shown little over fences to date. However he has conditions to suit and is worth a cautionary look in the market. French Saulaie has the ability to win a race of this nature but is often let down by his jumping and at likely odds he is taken on. Of the remainder Thenford Flyer has ability but lacks scope and Consigliere is our idea of the winner.
