In depth

Verdict

SNAPDRAGON FIRE (NAP) is giving plenty of weight to his rivals but does have Richard Johnson doing the steering and this sharp track will suit – he’s been running well in Class 3 handicaps lately. Buck's Bin's is an interesting rival going hurdling after just the one run in a bumper. Statuario has joined Peter Bowen having won twice on the Flat for Eve Johnson Houghton and it would be no surprise to see him reach the frame if taking to hurdles. Cooling produced his best run so far when third in a maiden here last month but still needs more.
