Verdict
Roderick Random was well backed on his chasing bow at Stratford but only managed third and the winner of that race has been beaten since. Stormbay Bomber is 6lb higher and racing in a higher grade than when successful at Southwell while Ciceron took a backward step at Ffos Las. NEAREST THE PIN has only found one too good in two of his last three and could get his head in front today as long as the rains stay away. Agentleman may be best of the rest.
