Verdict

The winner didn’t do much for the form of Parmenter’s debut second at Stratford subsequently and a couple of hurdling newcomers are possibly more interesting. BREAKFAST has found some form on the Flat recently and was second over 1m2f at Haydock on his first run for Donald McCain. He gets the nod, though Bodes Well has also won on the level this summer and represents a yard that gets plenty of winners in races like this.
